The late checkout charge felt excessive, and communication was challenging as staff had limited English skills. The hotel location is inconvenient for sightseeing.

The Shanghai-Deco Hotel offered exceptional service with friendly, accommodating staff who helped me navigate the airport shuttle easily. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely breakfast buffet available early to suit travelers like me. I felt relaxed and well taken care of.

We found the shuttle bus convenient for our quick trip between the airport and hotel. The family room was just right for us and our two kids. Enjoying some time at the nearby Ziwei Park was a bonus. the kids loved it!
